What is your shipping time?: Orders will usually ship in 6 to 7 working days (M-F). Quick shipment is available upon request . We prefer to ship by UPS but we can ship using other shipping providers upon request.
While we offer several methods of shipping, please note that if you choose “2 day” shipping, that means that AFTER the order is complete (with your approval) we will ship via UPS 2 day service. Ordering 2 day air does NOT mean you will have the order in 2 days!
What type of guarantee do you offer? It’s pretty simple. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason the quality of our engraving/imprinting does not meet your standards, we will replace the item without argument or come to a mutual conclusion on how to make you happy.
We are a very small company who realizes that to grow we need satisfied customers!
Please note that when dealing with glass there will sometimes be slight imperfections, bubbles, wave lines etc. This is a by product of the glass manufacturing process and has nothing to do with the engraving. This also applies to our natural wood plaques as well.
